IMPORTANT: Global Shipping Update
Due to ongoing global supply chain constraints and occasional customs backlogs, affected by external factors like COVID-19, estimated delivery times may experience slight extensions. While we strive for speed, please allow an additional 3-5 business days beyond the estimated window in rare cases. Your patience is appreciated.
Shipping and Delivery Times
- Shipping Cost: We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders globally.
- Processing Time: Items ship within four working days after payment verification (Sat & Sun and national holidays excluded).
- Transit Time: Delivery is typically five – ten business days, depending on destination and customs. Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Transit) is 5 to 14 business days.
- Extended Delivery: Please allow up to 12 – 16 business days for delivery on some international orders or during peak periods.
- Supplier Delay/Restocking Time: If an item is out-of-stock with our supplier, restocking and fulfilling the order may take an additional 15 – 20 business days before shipping.
Order Verification and Delivery
- All orders are verified before shipping.
- All products are sent by courier directly to your door via EMS or DHL.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.
- Delivery is guaranteed. If a package is lost or seized, we will reship at our expense.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if the address is incorrect.
- We are not responsible for any import tax, customs duties, or fees charged on your package by your local government. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- If an incorrect address causes delivery failure and reshipment is required, a reshipping fee will apply. Cancelling in this situation incurs a restocking fee.
- When the carrier shows delivery signed, we consider the order received.
- If your package is lost or seized by customs, we will reship a new one at no additional cost.
Back-Order Policy (Supplier Delays)
We strive to keep every product in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock with our supplier, we will:
- Email you immediately for approval.
- Offer to wait 15 – 20 days for the supplier to restock, exchange for another color or model, or issue a refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Address and Process
Returns must be initiated within the 14-day Cooling-off period (from the date of delivery). To begin your return, you must first contact our support team at contact@savogue.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Important Return Note:
Once we receive your return request, our team will review the information and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue the specific return instructions and the designated shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval (RMA) or to an incorrect address will not be processed.
Return Shipping Fee Burden
- Consumer-Caused Returns (Buyer's Remorse, Incorrect Order): If the return is due to the consumer's personal reasons or change of mind, the consumer is fully responsible for bearing all return shipping fees and any associated costs. The specific fee will be based on the express company chosen by the consumer.
- Merchant-Caused Returns (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item): If the return is necessary due to our fault (receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), the consumer will NOT be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse the full shipping costs upon verification of the fault.
