Shipping and Back‑Order Policy

Please allow up to 12 – 16 business days for delivery on some orders. Special ordering may take up to three weeks (20 business days) in rare situations due to the nature of the replica business.

You will be notified if an item is back‑ordered. Feel free to email or call us to confirm stock before ordering.

If an item you want is not listed online, contact us and we will check availability. We can also produce out‑of‑stock items; production takes 15 – 20 business days.

Order Verification and Delivery

  • All orders are verified before shipping.
  • High End Replica are sent by courier directly to your door.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.
  • Please enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if the address is incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
  • Delivery is guaranteed. If a package is lost or seized, we will reship at our expense.

Back‑Order Policy

We strive to keep every model and color in stock. If a replica handbag is out of stock, we will:

  • Email you immediately for approval.
  • Offer to wait 15 – 20 days for production, exchange for another color or model, or issue a refund.

Shipping Guidelines

  1. Confirm your shipping address before payment. Entering the correct address, phone, and email is essential.
  2. Items ship within four working days after payment verification (Sat & Sun and national holidays excluded).
  3. We ship worldwide via EMS or DHL. Track at EMS or DHL.
  4. Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours. If tracking does not appear, the carrier may not have processed it yet.
  5. Transit time is typically five – ten business days, depending on destination and customs.
  6. We are not responsible for taxes. We will cooperate with the carrier to assist with customs procedures.
  7. If an incorrect address causes delivery failure and reshipment is required, a reshipping fee will apply. Cancelling in this situation incurs a restocking fee.
  8. When the carrier shows delivery signed, we consider the order received. If someone else signs, please check with your local post office.
  9. If your package is lost or seized by customs, we will reship a new one at no additional cost.
