Return Window & Conditions

You have 14 days from the time of receipt to notify us of any issues with your merchandise. All items must be returned to our designated facility within 20 days of receipt in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.

Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used. By wearing or using the product, the refund policy is voided. All products are subject to a final inspection before your return is processed.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

The customer is fully responsible for returning the item and ensuring its safe arrival at our return address. All returns for exchange or refund will incur a $25.00 restocking fee.

You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number. Because we cover the initial cost of shipping the item to you, we cannot offer to pay return shipping fees or the shipping fees for new items being exchanged.

Return Instructions

Do not return to sender.

You must contact us before returning any items to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our shipping forwarders do not accept returns directly; packages sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
